I can't imagine ever not wanting to remember this, no matter how everything turns out.

It was like this with my old job, and a time volunteering with a group of friends. Some really bad things happened at that time, and not everything ended well, but I still want to remember the feeling and specific moments. Sometimes specific moments really bring out the best in you or other people.
