Plague of a Question

Is it worse to feel sad or to feel nothing at all?

"You feel too much."

People sometimes say that to people who feel deeply as if it is a bad thing.

Never become convinced that you feel too much about something. Hold onto inspiration and passion within you. If the coldness of the world begins to freeze your heart do not despair. Instead, in all mechanical numbness go through the right motions build a fire in the cold or find something that makes our heart melt then pick up a torch, allow time for the thaw, and light the way.

Don't feel less; act more. I would rather have a heart heavy with the weight of the world than one that is empty.

If we all carried the weight of the world on our shoulders, the load would not feel so burdensome.

So far I've been satisfied with warming back up with already-familiar things like poems, stories, music, and sketches. Painting, on the other hand, is something I have relatively little experience with and quite honestly colour in general isn't something I've felt very inclined towards for a few years.
It was definitely to time to try something new.
Here is the product of my first attempt at painting in a very long time.
