This is pretty random, but there is is this account I have been following since closer to the start of the pandemic that has been pretty neat.
This guy we call "egg man", "the egg", and other similar things has been posting the same ultra HD photo of the same egg every day, with some thoughts in the caption, sometimes bigbrain or existential, sometimes about physics, sometimes casual, pretty much always random. He has over 6000 followers now conducts pretty cool conversations in the comment section and responds to everyone pretty much all the time, and always nicely. That's dedication.
I really do wish the egg man all the very best.
