The crab apple tree I planted as a child (simply burying a crab apple) is in a *beautiful* bloom, blossoming bigger san bushier and bushier than ever before.
I am so happy. And I am happy my family and I got to muse and admire over it and it's story today by the sunny window.
(Note to self: was tired today but tomorrow definitely go out and take those close up photos! And maybe ask fam to come for a picture or a few...?)
This and the neighbour's already big and strong and full crab apple tree are flourishing and brightening the view with splashes of pink, with greens and yellows and white dappled and standing between.
It draws us all, family and stranger alike, and into a painting of a colourful moment in nature; the nature we are a part of.
